By using this website or booking with Vaibhavi (operated by ITS VISHAKA), you agree to these terms, the Booking Policy, and the Cancellation & Rescheduling and Refunds policies. The person making the booking must be at least 18 and authorized to pay for all guests in the booking.

The service is a defined, fixed-duration guided outing at public venues, including itinerary planning and a complimentary planning call as part of fulfilling that booked experience. It does not include unlisted services, unrestricted access to Vaibhavi, attendance at private premises, or any sexual, romantic, therapeutic, or medical service.

Guests must follow applicable law, venue rules, guide safety instructions, and reasonable meeting-time requirements. Harassment, discrimination, threats, unwanted physical contact, illegal activity, or intoxication that creates a safety risk may end the experience immediately without a refund.

The package price and exclusions are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Razorpay, and you must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Guests are responsible for excluded third-party costs such as tickets, food, transport, parking, and purchases.

Routes may change because of closures, weather, traffic, crowding, accessibility, or safety. We will use reasonable care in planning and guiding, but public venues and third-party transport or vendors remain responsible for their own operations. Guests remain responsible for personal belongings, health needs, and travel insurance.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss caused by a failure to provide the booked guide service and will not exceed the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indian law governs these terms. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Updated terms apply to future bookings from their published date.
