Include your booking reference and the email address used at checkout when contacting us about an existing booking. Do not send card, UPI PIN, bank password, or one-time-password details.

Support is monitored Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 Asia/Kolkata. We aim to reply within two business days. Time-sensitive cancellation requests are measured from the time your email is received.

Confirmed guests receive the public meeting-point and route details before the experience. Vaibhavi is not an emergency or transport-dispatch service.
