Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation notice is measured from the scheduled experience start time in Asia/Kolkata. Send requests to the contact email with your booking reference.

7 days or more: Cancel for a full refund, or request one free reschedule to an available date within 90 days.

72 hours to less than 7 days: Cancel for a 50% refund, or request one free reschedule to an available date within 60 days.

Less than 72 hours: Cancellations are not refundable. A reschedule is not guaranteed and, if offered, may require a new booking fee.

No-shows and arrivals so late that the route cannot reasonably operate are not refundable. A rescheduled booking can be moved once; cancelling the replacement date does not create a new refund entitlement.

If Vaibhavi cancels because the guide is unavailable or the route cannot operate safely, you may choose a full refund or an available replacement date. Minor route-order changes or comparable public-venue substitutions are not cancellations.
