When you book or contact Vaibhavi, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, selected package, schedule, guest details, accessibility or dietary information you choose to provide, booking status, and payment-related identifiers.

We use this information to take payment, confirm and fulfil your guided outing, provide meeting and route information, handle support or refund requests, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Razorpay processes checkout and payment credentials under its own privacy terms; Vaibhavi receives transaction identifiers and payment status rather than your complete card or UPI credentials. Booking records may also be stored by our database and hosting providers, which process data to operate this service.

Booking and transaction records may be retained for up to eight years where needed for tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. General contact enquiries may be removed after 12 months when no longer needed. Security logs may be kept for shorter operational periods. Data may be retained longer when law or an active dispute requires it.

To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information, email hello@itsvishaka.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that law requires us to keep.
